Description
A cozy studio apartment for rent after renovation in a house with a swimming pool! The apartment area is 47 m2, consists of a living room, a bathroom, a French-style kitchen and a glass balcony overlooking the pool. There is everything necessary for living and recreation: new furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning and Spanish television. The rental price for seven days or more includes Internet (less than seven days – 20 euros). There is summer furniture on the balcony. In the courtyard of the house there is a large swimming pool with its own territory. The area has well-developed infrastructure. There are many cozy bars and cafes in the neighboring streets, a large supermarket "Konsum" is a few minutes' walk away, and the bus station is close by. The sea is approximately 500 meters away, no more than a 10-minute walk at a walking pace. Accommodation option for up to 4 people (no animals!), which is very rare for studios. Smoking is strictly prohibited!
