We offer for rent an apartment with two bedrooms in the new building of 2020 "Residencial Alegria X". The 71 m2 apartment consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, an American kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers and a balcony. The apartment has the necessary set of furniture and household appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker, dishes, linens and towels. Central air conditioning. Wireless Internet. Spanish TV. Parking space available. The house has a swimming pool, playground and Finnish sauna. The new building is located in the city center in an area with developed infrastructure. Within a radius of 250 meters there are many bars and restaurants, to “SPAR” and “DIA” supermarkets 200 meters, to the nearest bank 300 meters. Acequión Beach is 700 meters away, Del Cura Beach is just over a kilometer away. Accommodation option - up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
