We offer an apartment for winter rental in the Playa de los Locos area in Torrevieja! The total area of the apartment is 72m2, it consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom, terrace with outdoor furniture. There is everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay: furniture, appliances, coffee maker in the kitchen, microwave oven, bed linen and towels, dishes, air conditioning. There is television and internet. The apartment is located 50 meters from the sea and the public beach. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, a Dialprix supermarket and a pharmacy within walking distance with a large gastronomic area along the coast and the famous 222 restaurant, the apartment has a parking space . Accommodation for up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
