We offer apartments for winter rental in the urbanization “Torreblanca” in La Mata - the best beach area of Torrevieja. The apartment has an area of 40 m2 and consists of a living room, one bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed balcony and a terrace with a rest area. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. Attention! You have to go up the stairs to get to the apartment! The sea and the beach are approximately 700 meters away. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Mercadona supermarket is 350 meters away. The nearest bars are just 200 meters away. Accommodation option – up to 2 people (no animals!). Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments!

For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed
