The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are approximately 100 meters away. The area has a developed infrastructure: 300 meters to the Konsum supermarket, 400 meters to Masymas, 100 meters to bars and restaurants. The nearest bank is 250 meters away. There is a 24-hour pharmacy on the next street. Option to accommodate up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
