Description
We offer a two-bedroom apartment in the city centre in a well-developed area for holiday rental. The apartment has an area of 59 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a partially glazed balcony. The building does not have a lift! The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), crockery, bedding and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and one of the bedrooms. There are fans and heaters in all rooms. The TV is Spanish (there are TVs in all rooms, even on the balcony). Wireless internet. There is a 'Consum' supermarket about 160 metres from the house. There are many bars and restaurants within a short distance. The sea and the urban beach of Del Cura are about 900 metres away. Accommodation option: up to 4 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is only allowed in the open part of the balcony. The fine for violation is 200 euros!
