Description
We offer for tourist rental a three-bedroom apartment in Torrevieja near the sea and two city beaches. The apartment has an area of 63 m2 and consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The house has a large swimming pool, divided into children’s and adult areas. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Dialprix supermarket is 250 meters away, the nearest bar is just a hundred meters away. The sea and two city beaches – Acequion and Los Naufragos – are 350 and 500 meters away, respectively. Accommodation option – up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
