Description
The 50 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an independent kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It has all the necessary furniture and appliances, including a coffee maker, dishes, bedding and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, wireless Internet, TV with SMART TV function. The house has a swimming pool. The house is very well located. Within walking distance there are many bars and restaurants, the supermarket "Consum" at 500 meters, a bank branch at 400 meters, 24-hour shop "Kalinka" at 250 meters and a pharmacy at 350 meters. Del Cura beach is about 800 meters away. They can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people (without animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
