We offer for winter rent an apartment with one bedroom in the new complex "Alegria XII" near the sea!
For rent one bedroom apartment in the new building "Residencial Alegría XII" a few steps from the sea and the beach. The 55 m2 apartment consists of a living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. There is everything you need: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless Internet, spanish TV. The sea and Los Locos beach are literally across the road. The complex has an indoor swimming pool and a Finnish sauna. Within walking distance from the building there is a supermarket and many bars and cafes. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (strictly without animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
All extra expenses such as:
- WATER, ELECTRICITY, GAS (if available), INTERNET, FINAL CLEANING , DEPOSIT
