We offer a two-bedroom apartment for holiday rental in the new and modern 'Residencial Alegría XIX' complex, a short distance from the sea and beach. The flat has an area of 96 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. Everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay is provided: furniture, appliances (including dishwasher and coffee machine), crockery, bedding and towels. The air conditioning is central and operates in both heating and cooling modes. There is a Spanish TV and wireless internet. The balcony has summer furniture. The complex has a swimming pool and Finnish sauna (the sauna services are not included in the rental price and must be paid for separately!). The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The Mercadona supermarket is 300 metres away. The nearest restaurant is 200 metres away. The sea and the popular urban beach of Del Cura are 150 metres away. Accommodation option: up to 4 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is only permitted on the balcony (in case of infringement, a fine of 200 euros!).

Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside the company/office's business hours, on Sundays, weekends and public holidays, an additional charge of 20 euros will be applied. Office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday closed.
