It is equipped with furniture, household appliances (including dishwasher), linens and towels, kitchen utensils, air conditioning. Russian TV is available. There is access to the roof solarium) where you can relax in the Spanish sunshine. Los Locos beach is only 20 meters away. In walking distance are many cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and much more local amenities. It sleeps up to 6 people. Pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted only on the balcony. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).

The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed.
