It is equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. The balcony benefits from summer furniture. There is air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Spanish and Russian television is available. The apartment is very well located and close to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more local amenities all within walking distance. It sleeps up to 4 people. No pets are permitted and smoking is only allowed on the balcony. I
