Description
We offer a holiday rental house with a pool and large green area 1000 metres from the sea. The house consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a terrace, a balcony, and a solarium. The house has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker), crockery, bedding and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: the 'Consum' supermarket is 700 metres away, the nearest cafe is 150 metres away. The sea is 1.2 km away, but the Los Locos beach. Accommodation option: up to 6 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is only permitted in open areas!

are not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.

Check-in or check-out outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends and holidays, has an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Sunday - closed.
