We offer for tourist rent an apartment with two bedrooms within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach. The apartment with an area of 51 m2 consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed balcony. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The balcony has outdoor furniture. The house has a swimming pool. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. To the supermarket "Consum" 400 meters, to the Russian store "Kalinka" 250 meters. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus station is about 500 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are about 600 meters away. Accommodation option - up to six people (no animals!). Smoking is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
