The apartment with an area of 51 m2 consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed balcony. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The balcony has outdoor furniture. The house has a swimming pool. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. To the supermarket "Consum" 400 meters, to the Russian store "Kalinka" 250 meters. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus station is about 500 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are about 600 meters away. Accommodation option - up to six people (no animals!). Smoking is strictly prohibited!
