We offer for short-term rent a cozy bright apartment in a new residence with a swimming pool in an area with developed infrastructure. The 53 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a private courtyard. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher), dishes, linens and towels. Central air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. To the supermarket "Consum" 400 meters, to "Aldi" - 500. The nearest bar is only 150 meters away. To the sea and Del Cura beach 800 meters, to Los Locos beach about a kilometer. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (strictly without animals!). Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed.
