We offer for tourist rent a cozy apartment within walking distance from the sea and the beach and the popular city park! The 72 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bath), a separate kitchen with a gas stove and a balcony. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The balcony has outdoor furniture. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The Dial Prix supermarket is only 100 meters away, the Spar supermarket is 150 meters away. There are several bars and restaurants within a radius of 150 meters. The popular Garden of Nations is 300 meters away. The sea and Acequión Beach are 700 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 6 people (strictly without animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
