The total area of the apartment is 94 m2, consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and a large glazed terrace with sea views. The house has a swimming pool. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning. There is summer furniture on the terrace. Spanish television. Wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The supermarket "DIAL PRIX" is about 100 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The sea and the largest city beach, Los Naufragos, are no more than 200 meters away! Accommodation option - up to 6 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is prohibited!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
