Description
This two bedroom apartment is located in a well maintained complex complete with a communal swimming pool, green area and only a 10-minute walk from the beach. It is 53 m2 and consists of a spacious, light and airy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate kitchen. It is equipped with new furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. Spanish Television is also available. WI-FI. Air conditioning in the viling room. It sleeps up to 4 people. Pets are not allowed and smoking is also not permitted. It is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and supermarket. The distance to the sea is about 600 meters.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
