A cozy two-bedroom apartment is for rent in the new 'Residencial Alegria IV' complex, located just a short distance from the popular Los Locos beach. The 86 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, and two bathrooms. It has everything needed for living and relaxation: furniture, appliances including a coffee maker and dishwasher, tableware, bedding, and towels. Central air conditioning. It has Spanish television and internet. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The complex offers a communal pool and sauna. Sauna services are charged separately. The building is located 200 metres from the popular Los Locos beach and promenade, along which there are many bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop nearby. The Consum supermarket is about 800 metres away. Accommodation option: up to 4 people (no pets allowed). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!
The check-in process is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Check-out is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Check-in or check-out outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Sunday - closed. A 200 euro security deposit is required upon check-in.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
