The 45 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The terrace has outdoor furniture. Accommodation option - up to three people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace! The area has a well-developed infrastructure. To the supermarket "Consum" 350 meters, to the Russian store "Kalinka" 200 meters, "Mercadona" 400 meters. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The city bus station is 380 meters away. To the sea and the popular urban beach Del Cura 600 meters.
