Description
Modern bungalow for rent in a luxury complex "Oasis Beach" with style "High Tech" in La Zenia. It is spread out over 73 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms, utility room and terrace. It is complete with comfortable modern furniture (including a summer garden furniture), household appliances, bedding and towels, kitchen utensils, air conditioning in the living room, barbeque. Spanish TV. The complex has a large inner green area with a playground and a communal swimming pool for adults and children. There is a private parking place. It is walking distance of a huge shopping complex of the Zenia Boulevard, where there are over 150 shops, including supermarket, bars, international restaurants, Casino, Cinema, Bowling and much more. It is 1 kilometre the blue flag beach of La Zenia. It can sleep up to six people. No pets are allowed and smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
