For rent a studio apartment of 32 m2 which consists of an entrance hall, lounge, French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed balcony. The apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living and relaxation: sofa, all appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, hair dryer, iron), kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen, TV (Spanish), air conditioning. Convenient location of the apartment will allow you to visit two popular urban beaches - Los Locos (200 meters walking) and Del Cura (about 600 meters). All infrastructure is within easy walking distance: a hairdresser, pharmacy, shops. A near supermarket "Consum" just a hundred meters! Plenty of bars and cafes in which to spend the evening with a glass of Spanish wine in the surrounding streets. Ideal holiday apartment for a couple.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
