We offer for rent a studio in an area with developed infrastructure. The 41 m2 apartment consists of a living room combined with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The house has a swimming pool. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: supermarket "ALDI" 250 meters, "Consum" 150 meters. The nearest bar is 100 meters away. To the sea and the city beach of Del Cura about 1 kilometer. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
