There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is a television with Spanish channels. The studio is equipped with air conditioning. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: there are many restaurants and cafes, small shops, and a pharmacy nearby. There is a DIAL PRIX supermarket within walking distance. There is a park opposite the house, a little further - a children's park and the Garden of Nations, beloved by city residents. The sea and Los Naufragos beach are no more than 300 meters away! Accommodation option - two people (no animals!). Smoking is prohibited in the apartment!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
