We offer for tourist rental a two-story villa with a private pool in the prestigious area of Cabo Roig. The apartment area is 220 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a large terrace and a private solarium. The pool is surrounded by a fence. There is a trampoline for children with a safety net in the yard. There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, all household appliances (including a clothes dryer), dishes, bed linen and towels. Each room has air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There are two parking spaces for cars on the territory of the villa. A supermarket is 450 meters away. There are two beaches at a distance of approximately 350 meters. Accommodation option for up to 10 people. Smoking is only allowed outside the home!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 1000 euros is paid.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
